Create an custom Exception Class for use when paging source returns invalid data.

This is partially in response to

https://b.corp.google.com/issues/191806126

A sample use case is when db write happens but the paging source does not invalidate in time, resulting in paging source loading wrong data.

I would add my +1 to this, if only that Room would recognize views (creation being secondary as it can be accomplished with raw queries).
