Problem you have encountered: AI Platform training jobs may take more time than anticipated, and one may need to monitor such jobs to troubleshoot them faster. However, it's difficult to do this automatically as no alert on job execution time could be set.

What you want to happen: I want to be alse to set up an alert that fires when an AI Platform training job takes more than a given time (customized during alert creation).
