Did this work before at all ? Have you tried with some other set of data ?

This is our first ecommerce implementation in GA4. So it didn't ever work before. We tried with different sets of data: different products bought and none of them are sent to GA4. We followed the official documentation on how to do this ecommerce implementation. As you can see on the screen, the other metrics are collected properly: for example number of transactions or products bought. So it works partially.
