What you would like to accomplish:

• When creating a Vertex AI Custom Pipeline using a notebook, it allows you to add a custom label and it runs smoothly.
• And this label is part of the pipeline configurations.
• However, this label does not appear in the GCP billing report label list; even some time after the pipeline has been executed.
