Description
Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.
What you would like to accomplish: The ability to create workload identity pool "
How this might work: Currently, workload identity pool can only be created when create a cluster or added to an existing cluster. But I would like to test my IAM binding (like targeted IAM service account) before creating a cluster, to first make sure my deployments can run smoothly.
We need a way to implement workload identity without creating cluster.
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient: There is no alternative way according to Google documentation.
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc): Is there any API being called when creating worklokad identity pool? If so. Can we create a workload identity pool independently by calling API?
