I am unable to zoom out of the draw 9 patch tool far enough that I can add guides. The zoom range is from 100% percent to 800% percent. At 100% percent the image is larger than my screen. I can't drag a guide into place because of this.

This has now been fixed. Starting from Electric Eel, you'll be able to set the zoom from 30% to 800%. Thanks for reporting!
