Component used: Navigation Version used: 2.4.0-alpha06 Devices/Android versions reproduced on: Any device

Repro steps:

• Create XML based navigation graph with fragments
• In fragment add NavHost (FragmentTwo.kt)
• Nothing gets rendered

The same code works fine when used outside of the nav graph (MainActivity.kt#18-20)
