This will create a feature request which anybody can view and comment on.

Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.

What you would like to accomplish:
API Gateway and Cloud Endpoints do not support "scopes" following:

https://cloud.google.com/endpoints/docs/openapi/openapi-limitations#scopes_ignored
However, we want to specify the scope in detail.

How this might work:
By being able to specify the scope, it is possible to manage API calls in an appropriate range according to the OpenAPI Specification.

If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:

I tried to reproduce this issue at my end. However, I am getting the intended behavior. Please check the official documentation referring configuration for the Oauth ClientID for Web applications.Also I would suggest you have a look at the validation rules for Authorized JavaScript origin mentioned.
