Problem you have encountered:
Customer is seeing the following error message(flex services) in their logs :
"rpc error: code = DeadlineExceeded desc = One or more TimeSeries could not be written: Deadline expired before operation could complete.: timeSeries[0-2]"}"
First Occurrence - 26 May
Detail Logs -
Exporting failed. Try enabling retry_on_failure config option. {"component_kind": "exporter", "component_type": "stackdriver", "component_name": "stackdriver", "error": "rpc error: code = DeadlineExceeded desc = One or more TimeSeries could not be written: Deadline expired before operation could complete.: timeSeries[0-2]"}"

What you expected to happen:
Customer should not get failure logs from "flex-opentelemetry-collector.service"
Steps to reproduce:
logs can be found for any App engine Flex services.
