Tested the issue on reported chrome version #87.0.4280.00 using Mac 10.13.6 as per the steps in https://crbug.com/chromium/1159587#c0
Steps:

1. Launched chrome and opened devtools
2. Observed that able to add position and top rules.

This is something we’ve been thinking about. We do want to make DevTools more helpful w.r.t. “inactive” styles, i.e. declarations that are covered but still don’t have any effect due to other declarations or rules — like `left: 42px` on a statically positioned element.

Trying to make a
users.list
request in order to retrieve information about a specific user where thequery
parameter is supplied results in thequery
being ignored while the request returns a 200 code.What steps will reproduce the problem?
Go to admin.google.com and delete two users from the domain:

.Make the below request (or use the Admin SDK API tool here ):
With the following parameters:
customer

:email = 'user1@domain.com'
showDeleted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? If you see error messages, please provide them.
The expected behavior is that the body returned contains information only about 'user1@domain.com '.
While the actual result, the body contains information about all the deleted users from the domain.
Please provide any additional information below.
