What you would like to accomplish:
     - Add support for IAP/OAuth for Uptime checks.
   
     - When the customer endpoints target Identity Aware Proxy (IAP), when Uptime probes this target it follows a redirect chain that lands on accounts.google.com showing to the customer the SSL expiry times for accounts.google.com.

How this might work:
    - When the customer endpoints are behind IAP, the SSl expiry time should reflect the customer's endpoint SSL expiry time and not accounts.google.com expire time.
