Problem you have encountered:
Currently the Query Insights tool data retention period in the dashboard is 1 week according to the documentation: [1].
What you expected to happen:
It would be useful to be able to access this data for a longer period of time to be able to analyze queries for 2 weeks instead of just 1 as it is now, for example.
