Problem you have encountered: Deployment of PHP 7.2 fails in the AppEngine PHP Runtime Flexible Environment.

What you expected to happen: Successful deployment of PHP 7.2

Steps to reproduce: Run gcloud app deploy:

ERROR: build step 1 "gcr.io/kaniko-project/executor..." failed: step exited with non-zero status: 1
