My build script has this

    ext.kotlin_version = '1.5.30'

    }
    dependencies {

}```

If I go to the plugins in Settings it shows the latest is 1.5.20.(See attached image)
If I go to the plugin homepage, https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/6954-kotlin it says latest is 1.5.30.
If I go to documentation it says latest is 1.5.31 https://kotlinlang.org/docs/home.html
