The current camerax-video APIs are missing the ability to set the Location metadata on a recording. The ability to set the Location metadata could be exposed in the androidx.camera.video.OutputFileOptions class, similar to ImageCapture.OutputFileOptions.

1. Have you saw crash in real device or only in simulators?
2. Do you use dynamic feature for language ID?
