Custom section tracing was extremely useful for measuring test performance:

Let's add that API as experimental for now to see what that enables, and we can figure out how to extend it post 1.1

A couple of questions:

1. Have you saw crash in real device or only in simulators?
2. Do you use dynamic feature for language ID?
