We use build flavours heavily with a lot of common code. The refactoring support in AS is really good but it continually catches us out when it doesn't work across all flavours in a project. It's a big gap for serious product development.

IMPORTANT: Please read
when I create a new directory it is not showing on the screen but if I go to see in explorer it is there, also when java generated files are created they are not apeing in the generated java folder or any folder, but if I look with explorer I can find them, however, they are not in the correct place.
how can I fix this problem?
