Bug is still present even if I remove AlertDialog and just use TextButton as part of that dialog destination. Everything works the same.

Devices/Android versions reproduced on: Real Device and Emulator API 31/Android 12
With "Don't keep activities" turned on app doesn't keep dialog on top when coming back to it. BUT when dialog is opened again (after you come to app from process death) it shows twice. Everything is shown in video attachment.
