What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Get a message from someone from an app that supports in-line replies.
2. Tap on "reply" from the notification.
What did you expect to happen?
I expected a smooth animation accompanying the tap.
What actually happened?
Every time you tap on the reply button for the first time (in any app) the animation isn't smooth, but at least it plays. After the second and later tries of the same conversation the reply animation just straight up doesn't play anymore and instead the reply field pops out suddenly (no animation).
