When inserting data into a table using the WRITE_TRUNCATE disposition, RLS rules are lost 1. This should not be the case or at least there should be a way to opt into not removing the rules.

Current workaround is to use TRUNCATE TABLE <TABLE> instead of WRITE_TRUNCATE.
