Is it any hope? We have migrated our IP address to the server with different role, and now the name of this IP address resource doesn't match its role at all. It seems to be trivial enough to momentary reserve static IP address of the old named resource, drop resource, and immediately recreate it with the new name and the old IP address.

Problem you have encountered:
A Google Cloud customer requested for the cargo and SBT repo formats to be supported in Google Artifact Registry / GAR version 2.0
What you expected to happen:
May the cargo and SBT repo formats please be supported in GAR version 2.0
Steps to reproduce:

Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):
The Google Cloud team recommend using Maven as the build tool for Scala, since SBT is not yet supported by GAR
