What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Use the direct install Telegram APK from Telegrams website.
2. Create a chat with someone.
3. Make them your priority contact by long pressing on a notification of them and then tapping on Priority.
4. Tap on their message.
What did you expect to happen?
I expected a bubble to open, not a normal notification to come in. Or at least that a bubble opens after I tapped on the notification.
What actually happened?
The notification tray closed and I was brought back to where I came from (in this case the home screen).
How often has this happened?
Every time
