Please provide as much information as possible. At least, this should include a description of your issue and steps to reproduce the problem. If possible please provide a summary of what steps or workarounds you have already tried, and any docs or articles you found (un)helpful.
Problem you have encountered:
Need to share TDS certificates from Indian Govt every month. The current way is to share via chat window or open a support ticket.
What you expected to happen:
It could save a lot of time for everyone if we can get a page in the billing section to upload the TDS certificates directly via the Google Cloud console.
