For feature parity with LazyColumn we should add getOrientation() getReversed() and getViewportSize() to ScalingLazyListLayoutInfo. See b/200920410 for the details of what was added to LazyXXXX

A couple of questions:

1. Have you saw crash in real device or only in simulators?
2. Do you use dynamic feature for language ID?
