I think poppler is a system package. It can't be pip installed and hence no point of declaring in it requirements.txt file I believe.

We haven't heard back from you in several days about your issue with installing the poppler library.

I have been using poppler, a pdf rendering library, which is required for certain python3 packages such as pdf2image. Would be nice if we could add poppler to system packages
