What you would like to accomplish:
Our customer expects that Namespace can be modified after pineline's deployment. While the system doesn't support this now. Namespace can only be specified during the set up process.
How this might work:
Currently, this is no workaround.

How to reproduce the issue.
1.Follow the instructions to install the Kubeflow Pipelines on your GKE cluster
2.Attempt to change the namespace by editing YAML file.
3.Blocked by error, cannot proceed the change.
