In SubcomposeLayout we are currently keeping subcompositions active in order to be able to reuse them later with ReusableContent/ReusableComposeNode mechanism. The downside of the current implementation is that this composition is truly active even if not being displayed: LaunchedEffects are still running, DisposableEffects are not disposed.
We can solve it by partially disposing the composition - removing all of the remembered objects, but keeping ComposeNodes so they are still reused when we subcompose a new content after
