What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. When you swipe down from the top to open the quick tile UI there should be the brightness slider attached to it. No second swipe should be required. (Look at the attached screenshot for what I want to happen)
What did you expect to happen?
I expected the brightness slider to show up after the first swipe under the quick UI.
What actually happened?
The brightness slider only showed up after sliding down twice from the top to access the quick tile UI. But it was on top of it (hard to reach).
