Feature Request
-----------------------
I want to be able to be able to have the polyline on a map have a gradient or multiple colors.
M*pbox has support for a map like this:
Attached is my best attempt with Google's API.
Essentially there's no way for the Google Static Map API to smooth out or connect these dots as far as I can tell. My app, Trackster, has a lot of users with fitness activities and we use static maps for their training posts. It would be neat to have the polyline on the map styled as a gradient depending on the training activitie's pace, heart rate, elevation or other data value. I really just need a way to connect these points smoothly and have the colors fill the gap in a smooth way.
