Description
As there is no user intuitive message, cluster got deleted too, along with pipeline instance.
What you expected to happen:
A warning (double confirmation) and text box to enter cluster name should be shown, similar to how it's shown when trying to delete a GKE cluster from Kubernetes home page.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to AI Platform
2. Click on create instance
3. Once the new instance is created
4. Try to delete the instance
5. There is a check box to delete the cluster too, select this.
Other information:
1. There is a high chance of selecting this check box and losing the entire cluster.
2. Name of the cluster getting deleted should also be shown.
