Description
Dear Google,
Smart notifications would basically provide users with notifications that might actually be of interest to them, based on general topics and stop giving notifications that probably won't interest users.
Currently, users get spammed by notifications far too often. This causes a bad UX and also degrades the user's Digital Wellbeing.
I hate getting hundreds of notifications per day when only a few dozen of them are of interest to me. This is specifically annoying for Twitter (or social media in general) notifications.
Smart notifications would use an on-device ML model to understand what the user is most interested in and over time learn the user's preferences.

Thank you for listening! Android 12L is almost a really clean UX, because you listened to user's feedback and fixed a lot of bugs. For Android 13 you should focus on improving the digital wellbeing and general UX of Android by providing smart and groundbreaking features, like smart notifications!
