Update importMaven to include wasmJs targets and klib files
BUG: 352722444
TESTED: Ran import maven on kotlin stdlib and it downloaded the wasm targets as well

Description
saff@ & dustinlam@ fixed a bunch of documentation issues in collections2 but since we decided to not use that project, they might be lost.
We need to go through those Cls and ensure all fixes are merged into collections.
