Description
Allow forcing deletion of Logging buckets before the 7 days period
Context
The 7 day period is documented in [1]
However, we are terraforming our architecture/s and need to be able to create/destroy structures for development purposes.
When we detroy the structures, we have to wait 7 days to have it fully removed.
Alternative
Update api & gcloud command with an additional --force-deletion feature
