Problem you have encountered:

GCP now has the possibility to enable CUD sharing, i.e. change the CUD scope to be shared for the whole billing account 1. This information seems to only be accessible via the GCP Console, and is not exposed via the API 2. It's not possible to read the status of, nor to enable/disable CUD sharing.

What you expected to happen:

Information about CUD sharing should be exposed via API.
It should also be possible to enable/disable CUD sharing via the API.

This is not only useful for IP addresses, but also for many other resources. I understand that names are currently used as identifiers, so this request is probably not trivial to implement. Maybe distinguishing between a (numeric, automatically generated) identifier and a (textual) label is the way to go?
