Those two accounts are affected for this issue:

Google Assistant is not working properly when used during Android Auto session.
On "My Activity" I can still see, that MD has recognized the sentence correctly. But giving no answer as shown on the video.
If the affected Google Account is not connected, then Assistant works well again.
This issue has been started almost after those accounts are registered on the white-list for QSuite2.0, by ART team.
