Our API implementation started returning unusual results for GNL where Wikipedia references were not language/locale appropriate.  The behavior is reproduced in the web demo located at
https://cloud.google.com/natural-language

1. Go to https://cloud.google.com/natural-language
2. Run analysis against the following text string:
"Ford recalls thousands of SUVs that can roll away while parked. Ford Motor Co. is recalling more than a quarter-million Explorer SUVs in the U.S. because they can roll away unexpectedly while shifted into park."
3. Process correctly extracts U.S. as United States but links to https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vereinigte_Staaten
