Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.

What you would like to accomplish: To have the minimum relevant functionality into the Cloud Tasks Queue detail page since having the button "Delete queue" in the same tool bar as the button "Delete tasks" might come into a confusion and undesired deletion of the queue. In addition having the constraint to only delete queues when those are already purged might allow lowers possibilities for accidental data loss.

How this might work:

• The "delete queue" functionality is already present in the queues list page, therefore the button could be erased from the queue details page
• If Queue has tasks, the deletion will be prohibited and enforced to purge the queue as a required step.

If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient: The actual warnings are looking ok, but when rushing with activities the warning could not be that effective.
