What you would like to accomplish:
Customers are asking for the Query Insights capability for Cloud SQL Server similar to the Cloud SQL PostgreSQL.
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:

As a workaround, customers can use Activity Monitor, Query Store or third party tools like ApexSQL Plan and Solarwinds DBA.
