It looks like you are raising an issue as an Android user, rather than an Android Open Source Developer. Our Android Support team will be in contact with you shortly. In the meantime, here are helpful resources:

I hope this is not a boilerplate answer and that you actually passed it on to the developers of the Google app.

Google app version 13.22.12.29
Description:
The Google app has big problems in terms of UX. And that's strange, because it's your company's main app, and it's so poorly implemented on your own Android system. In my opinion it needs to be cleaned up or rewritten from scratch. It lacks animations and also contains a number of old components. I'll explain it point by point:
1) The app doesn't have Material Design 3 and dynamic colors anywhere but the Google Assistant interface or Google podcasts.
2) On some pages there are problems with the colors of the status bar and the navbar (in the dark theme) . And some of them also have a separator line on the navbar.
3) some settings pages are presented as web pages with some loading indicator at the top rather than as part of an application. Because of this, it takes time to open them. (Collections; Hide Explicit results; Personal Results; Channels & Interests even opens as activity from another app; Reminders; Shopping List even opens in Google Chrome)
4) There is no animation when you click on the search bar. I remember how before, the search bar would go up beautifully along with the animation of the Google icon. Also, there is no animation when you open voice search. On iOS you have a nice circular animation. Then what's the problem here? It would also be nice to add an animation of opening Google Lens.
5) There is no animation when switching tabs between Discover, Search and Collections. (Please do not use an activity transition animation as it was until recently when you switched to the Collections page) Also, the profile icon on the Discover and Search pages does not match the position on the Collections page.
6) The old weather page design that hasn't changed in years. Last year, when you introduced MD3, you slightly updated the page to match MD2. The change, while necessary, is very much overdue. It also has a number of problems in the current version, such as an non-transparent navbar, wring colors of statusbar icons, and a white status bar when there is no internet. People really want you to redesign this page, and let it be MD3.
7) The "Recent" page does not show the statusbar icons in the white theme. and the statusbar in the black theme has a different color. Also, in both themes the navbar is black.
8) The Google app still contains the Nexus launcher (Google Now Launcher). And it is even quite functional. These are activites com.google.android.apps.gsa.launch er.GelWallpaperPickerActivity and com.google.android.launcher.GEL. Why are they needed in the Android 10+ version of the app?
9) Google Search Storage page has a very outdated design.
I have collected images and videos for each of the items above.
I hope you really take this into consideration and improve the UX of your main (Google) app.
