DESCRIBE THE ISSUE IN DETAIL:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Run ./gradlew lib:androidDependencies --configuration-cache
Observe the failure.

Version of Gradle Plugin: 7.1.3, 7.2.1, 7.3-beta01 Version of Gradle: 7.4.2 Version of Java: 11 OS: macOS

Any update on this? This is a major blocker as we cannot run any androidTest under library projects/modules
