What type of Android issue is this? User Interface, Display, or Rendering issue
When did this happen?
Jun 18, 2022 12:06 GMT+02:00
What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Activate AOD in system settings.
2. Go into an app (I recommend the Play Store. But likely every app makes it reproducible, apart from the home screen!).
3. Press the power button to enter the lock screen and observe.
What did you expect to happen?
I expected the screen to dim smoothly and then transition smoothly into AOD without any interruptions in-between.
What actually happened?
The screen started to dim smoothly. But then the wallpaper lighted up all of a sudden, only to then fade away again smoothly and transition smoothly into AOD.
How often has this happened?
Every time
What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
Slight
