Problem you have encountered: When using the Natural Language API, there is a hard limit that cannot be increased on the IAM & Admin --> Quotas section. The Text Content can be up to 1,000,000 bytes and the only workaround is to either try to use AutoML Natural Language 2 (depending on the use case scenario) or to split the request into several chunks.

What you expected to happen: User is able to increase this hard limit quota to a more reasonable value such as 10 Mb.

Steps to reproduce: Try to send a request of more than 1000000 bytes 1. The API returns an API Error
