Description
A short description of the issue:
At the moment there is no API for Google Groups for non-domain accounts.
Given Groups are officially supported by Calendar (including for the public, non-domain accounts) as the solution to group event management and Calendar has public API, it follows that at least group and group.membership APIs should be available to public accounts.
Without this, third-party apps cannot fully integrate with Google Calendar.
A small code sample that reliably reproduces the issue. The sample should run as-is or with minimal setup, without external dependencies.
