What type of Android issue is this? User Interface, Display, or Rendering issue

What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Use gesture navigation.
2. Have like 10 apps in the recent apps menu.
3. Scroll through the apps quickly by swiping on the gesture bar/pill quickly a few times in a row without pause.
4. Instantly after swiping on the gesture bar, go back via home gesture.
What did you expect to happen?
I expected a smooth closing animation of the last shown app.
What actually happened?
The last shown app was closed, but there was a glitch that opened and closed the recent apps menu, I think. You can see it in the attached screen recording.
How often has this happened?
Every time
What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
None - device worked normally
Additional comments
This bug affects the user experience very negatively and can happen when using the phone normally, without trying to reproduce the bug! Please fix it ASAP for the stable build!
