What you would like to accomplish and How this might work:

- shows the correct error message instead of returning a "Listed 0 item" when the "gcloud container images list-tags" calls more than 10,000 tags existing against an image.

If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
- the alternative solution to use  "gcloud artifacts docker images list" takes too long to load. It would be better to know if the limit has been reached rather than seeing a "Listed 0 items" for proper error handling.
