Problem you have encountered:

Customer is not getting the expected result with API call for company search with MULTI_TOKEN_WORD_MATCH feature.

Whenever a customer search the company with MULTI_WORD_TOKEN_MATCH and if the company name contains a special character (+,*, _ and .), it did not give the expected result.

API calls -

"companyDisplayNames": [

"MULTI_WORD_TOKEN_MATCH(<company name>)"

What you expected to happen:

Customer is expecting the result with a special character (+,*, _ and .) in company search.

Steps to reproduce:

• Search the company which has + special character in the company's name. you will not get the result.
