When referring a vector drawable resource the <vector android:tint="..."> and <vector ...> <path android:fillColor="..."/> </vector> attributes appear to be ignored in the compose preview and at runtime in the following vector drawable:

This results in the Icon lacking color i.e @android:color/holo_green_dark, instead showing the vector drawable in black.
