Description
We found that when we request with the ZIP code"195-0039", Google Map responds "東京都町田市".
There is no "sublocality" type value in its response.
It is not enough, actually the Google Map itself can suggest "東京都町田市藤の台3丁目", see the attached image as a reference.

To provide a great user experiences for our users, could you fix this API and make it returning full addresses even in Japan?
