It does appear to have been transient and has worked itself out for me as well. We made no changes and the errors went away as quickly as they appeared.
Description
All calls to the /metadata GA4 endpoint through the API started to fail at 5 pm CET 31.08.2022.
The calls return "error":{"code":500,"message":"Internal error encountered.","status":"INTERNAL"}}
