We are also running into this issue when trying to upload data to a 'custom data source'. Generally the upload is accepted and processed successfully after a second or third try. For us this issue first occurred on September 10 at 03:50 (UTC+0).

Unfortunately the issue still persists, we keep receiving the same error over and over again.
We implemented some ad-hoc workarounds for the issue which made it look like it was still not working correctly. It's all working fine again though.. Thanks!
